Relay race (competitive/non-competitive) - is a race of 18 segments that spreads from Metula to Timrat. Groups of six (each runner performs 3 sections of running) and groups of nine (each runner performs 2 sections of running).
Competitive group - a group of 6 runners who maintain a fixed running order of the running sections. Runner number 1 will run segments 1, 7 and 13. Runner number 2 will run segments 2, 8 and 14 and so on..
Non-competitive group - a group of 6 or 9 runners when the order of the runners in the running segments is not important.
Conditions of participation - over the age of 16 (with parental approval up to the age of 18), signing the participant's declaration and the regulations, registering for the group and paying the registration fee as detailed in Registration dates and prices.
